Introduction
We have paid great attention to quality control since the time of being founded. In 2000, we recieved ISO9002 quality system certification, and have since further strengthened quality control measures.Now we have a Technical Quality section, Comprehensive Office, General Managers Office, QC Office and so on. Each office has its own responsibilities special functions, with all units working together to ensure the smooth running of the quality control process. This includes material purchasing, periodic equipment check, product selection and examination, quality test before products leave the factory, and so on.
There are 10 QC staff spread throughout the four offices, with Mr. Li Shengjie being the General Manager. He has good working knowledge of QC and always tests product quality himself, sometimes tabling proposals for quality control. He regards quality as the most important thing in the development of a company.
Mr. Zheng Haiwei, our governor of ISO9002, often visits the workshop to help solve many problems and explains to the workers how to carry out the main points of ISO9002 implementation. All management staff managing are working hard to promote quality standards in order to offer our customers products of excellent quality as well as best services.

Introduction:Mr. Li was born in 1963. After graduation from senior high school in 1980, he studied mold design and manufacturing from 1981 to 1985. During these years, he learned much about molds and gained much experience. In 1986, he opened his own small workshop, which was the base for our company. After about 10 years’ hard work, Qiligang Plastic was founded in 1995, and this was just the beginning of our later success. Since that time we have grown tenfold, yet still wish to become a leading manufacturer in this field. Mr. Li attaches great importance to the quality of products. In his free time, he has learned much about quality control, such as ISO9002 etc. He also taught himself how to use CAD systems to design molds and new products. He is an energetic entrepreneur, and also the hope for our company’s future. He wholeheartedly believes that by working hard everyone can succeed.
